Hello World! I am Lê.

I'm Le, a Support Engineer at Skedulo, where I've helped customers get the most out of the platform since 2022 — working across Salesforce, Python and whatever else it takes to get to the root of a problem.

I started my career in software quality. At CSC Vietnam, I spent six years as a Quality Control Engineer — most of it on Liberty Tax Online, a web-based tax application — testing manually and with Coded UI and Selenium automation, reviewing requirements with business analysts and developers, and deciding whether each release was ready for customers. I'm proud to have received a Certificate of Excellence from Liberty Tax Service and a Certificate of Appreciation from CSC Vietnam for my contributions to the project.

In 2017 I joined Skedulo in Ho Chi Minh City, first in Quality Assurance and then as a Technical Support Analyst. In 2020 I moved to the US for a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where I worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Urban Informatics and Progress — analyzing and predicting public transit fuel consumption, and studying how COVID-19 changed it. That research was published at the 2020 IEEE International Conference on Big Data. I graduated in 2022 and returned to Skedulo, now remotely from the United States. Before all of that, I earned my Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

I care about quality, clear communication and Agile ways of working, and I enjoy picking up new domains quickly and staying calm when things change under pressure.

Outside of work, I'm a long-time gamer — Final Fantasy XIV has been my home for well over a thousand hours, and I love story-driven RPGs. You'll find my characters, raid logs and Steam library under My Games.

It's not a question of can or can't. There are some things in life you just do
